These Terms govern your use of brandson.digital and any digital products offered. All products are licensed, not sold. Ownership rights remain with Brandson Digital. Client work shown in our portfolio is subject to separate agreements.

  1. Scope of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website brandson.digital and the digital products offered through it. The website and products are operated by Brandson Digital ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing the website or purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Client services (branding, web design, and related studio work) are governed by separate proposals and agreements concluded with each client, not by these Terms.

  1. Digital products

Brandson Digital may offer digital creative products, including but not limited to fonts, textures, mockups, vectors, images, Framer templates and components, and PDF guides or prompt books.

All products are delivered digitally via instant downloads or secure access links. No physical goods are shipped.

  1. Checkout and Payment

Purchases are processed by the payment provider or marketplace indicated at checkout, which handles payment processing and, where applicable, taxes and payment-related customer service. By completing a purchase you also agree to that provider's terms applicable to the transaction.

  1. License and Usage

All products are licensed, not sold. Unless otherwise stated, your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product according to the license type selected at checkout (for example Personal, Commercial, or Extended).

Ownership and intellectual property rights remain with Brandson Digital.

  1. Prohibited Use

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or make the products available to third parties as standalone files or as competing products, except where explicitly permitted by the selected license. You may not use the products to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop machine-learning models or datasets without our prior written permission.

  1. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

Due to the digital nature of the products and instant delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

If you are a consumer in the European Union: by completing the purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.

If you experience technical issues accessing a product, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

  1. Intellectual Property

All website content (including portfolio work, case studies, articles, and imagery) and all digital products are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. Client work shown in the portfolio remains subject to the respective agreements with those clients.

  1. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated means to scrape or harvest content or data at scale without permission.

The website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

  1. Disclaimer

All products and website content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the products will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brandson Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or digital products. Our total liability in connection with any product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country of your habitual residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website or purchase of products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
